About

Come join us for a very special Discovery Kitchen workshop integrated with a wonderful Patton College of Education event!
In recognition of The United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee in The Patton College of Education at Ohio University is sponsoring two livestream events. (Both events will be recorded and
available on The Patton College YouTube Channel.)
Using local ingredients, Dr. Lucky Odirile, Ph.D., Visiting Scholar in The Patton College
of Education, and Ravi Harley, COMCorps Food Access Coordinator with Community Food Initiatives, will demonstrate traditional Botswanan meal offerings. Global food insecurities and local food systems
will be highlighted.
