About
We are in need of licensed medical providers (MD, DO, PA, NP), pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, CNAs and phlebotomists.
The Shalom Project Medical Clinic and Pharmacy provides free primary care and medications to those who need them. Pharmacy technicians/staff fill prescriptions based on Medical Provider orders. The pharmacist will verify filled prescriptions before they are delivered to the client.
If applicable, please bring a copy of your state license number, NPI number and DEA number to have on file.
