About

Friends:

The Rescue Mission reached out to the YMCA today to ask about help with identifying some volunteers that could help clean cots in the chapel at the Rescue Mission.

They have about a hundred cots that need to be cleaned twice a day, as well as the chapel area where the homeless men sleep, at 7am and 4pm.

We are trying to identify individuals that could commit to a regular schedule of serving the homeless in this way.

Whether you can help once or twice a day, once a week or everyday - consider how you can make a difference.

If you or a few of your friends might be interested in serving or homeless neighbors in this way, please let me know or contact Deanna Bates at the Rescue Mission, she’s the Director of Volunteer Engagement: (260) 426-7357 ext. 144 or dbates@fwrm.org
